Hosting an Event at Gilfillan Church
If you are interested in hosting an event at Gilfillan Church, we would be glad to hear from you. Our spaces are used for a variety of gatherings—both religious and secular—and we are always happy to explore how our building might serve your needs.
Facility Donation
We ask for a donation to the church for the use of our facilities. The suggested amount varies depending on the space requested, the size of your group, and any particular needs for your event. These donations help support the ongoing care of the building and help cover costs such as cleaning, staffing, electricity, and heating. Once you submit your event details, we will follow up with more information about the requested donation.
Accessibility
At this time, our upstairs spaces are not yet accessible. We are actively exploring grants and other opportunities to improve accessibility in the future. Our sanctuary, however, is accessible and includes ramps and chair lifts.
About Events in Our Space
Because Gilfillan Church is first and foremost a place of worship, we ask that events held here respect the spirit and character of the space. Alcohol is not permitted at events hosted in the building. In some cases, we may ask for additional information about an event so that we can thoughtfully determine whether it is a good fit for our facilities and community.
